The 13th Annual Fort Eustis 10K held at Fort Eustis, VA. The race was held on Saturday morning, March 5, 2011
sponsored by the Fort Eustis MWR. The race was conducted and results were generated by the Peninsula Track Club. Conditions at race time were perfect for running, partly cloudy with a breeze and temperatures in the 50s.
231 runners entered the 10K (up from 182 in 2010 – just shy of the record of 236 runners in 2007) with 203 completing the race (up from 168 in 2010). The course was USATF certified (VA-02048-RT) and the course was run as certified. The race started and finished at Anderson fieldhouse on Fort Eustis. This is the 2nd race of the 2011 Peninsula Track Club Grand Prix series.
