The 1st Annual PI Day 5K, a cross country road race, was held on the fields and trails on the campus of Ware Academy in Gloucester, VA. The race was held on Saturday morning, March 14, 2015 with a start time of 9:26am (3-14-15 9:26). The race was conducted by the Peninsula Track Club.
Conditions at race time were cloudy with a light rain and breeze, temperature around 55. The course consisted of several loops around the campus of Ware Academy and is not USATF certified. 87 runners braved the rainy conditions and entered the 5K with 66 runners completing the course.
