Join us on September 3, 2016 for the Pole Green Park 5k Run / Walk! This event is open to anybody that would like to run, jog, or walk. This event is also serving as host of the 2016 USATF-VA Cross Country Championships, with overall and age-group awards to be distributed to the top USATF-VA member finishers.
Enjoy a race on one of the premiere cross country courses in Virginia and afterwards stick around to watch the 2016 Spider Alumni Open hosted by the Richmond Spiders. The course is flat, fast, and entirely on grass and dirt
