•   6:00 PM Doors Open
•   6:15 PM RACE WALKS choose your distance: 400 meter, 800m, 1500m, one mile, & 3000m – one heat, followed by race-walk clinic for young athletes at 7:00 PM
•   6:45 PM      55-Meter Run, heats by age and gender
•   7:30 PM   One-Mile Run, with heats: children, women, elite, open, masters
•   8:00 PM    400-Meter Run & 4×400 Relay, heats by age and gender
•   8:30 PM    800-Meter Run, heats by age and gender
•   9:00 PM    200-Meter Run & 4×200 Relay, heats by age and gender
•   9:30 PM    3000-Meter (15 laps) & 5000-meter (25 laps), one heat only

The Rocket Mile

The Rocket Mile is comprised of five separate events. Each event has their own starting time*. This allows you to be both a runner and a spectator at the same event. Now you can run your race, and then cheer on your spouse, kids, and friends in their race!

2:00 pm – the Men’s Mile (Age 15+)
2:20 pm – the Women’s Mile (Age 15+)
2:40 pm – the Boy’s Mile (Age 6-14)
3:05 pm – the Girl’s Mile (Age 6-14)

* ALL TIMES ARE CURRENTLY TENTATIVE
