Events: Strider Indoor Mile, 800 Meters, 400 Meters, 200 Meters, 50 Meter dash, Long Jump, Shot Put, Pentathlon (Mile, 400, 200,50m, LJ, SP), and Distance Medley Relay
Awards: Strider Indoor Mile – Top 3 Overall Male and Female /Top Masters Male and Female/ Top 3 male and female in 10-year age groups! Strider Mile is a Strider Grand Prix Event! 800, 400, 200,50m, LJ, SP, Pentathlon Top 3 overall Male, and Female only! DMR- Top Male and Female team! All Kids under 12 years of age will get an award for competing in any event!
Special Event: Pentathlon – you will compete in 6 Track and Field events 1 Mile, 400, 200,50M LJ &SP! you will be scored against all other competitors in the Pentathlon top 6 scoring points in each event! The field events can be completed anytime from 8 am-11 am.
Distance Medley Relay: 1200/400/800/1600! relay teams can register by email at orangerunning@yahoo.com or on race morning at the registration table! The race is free to everyone competing in any of the events!
Final Instructions will be sent out the week of the event with detailed instructions and a timeline of events!
Awards ceremony: will be on the track at the award area after the last event is complete.

9:15am- 400M
9:45am- 200M
10:15am- 800M
10:30- 50M Dash
10:45 am- Distance Medley Relay
You will have from 8 a.m.-11 am to complete the field events!
