The award winners for the 6th Annual Chesty Puller Memorial Twin Bridge 10K Run held in the Town of West Point, VA on Saturday morning, June 15, 2013. The race honored the most decorated Marine in history, Marine General Chesty Puller who lived in West Point, Virginia. Proceeds from the race benefits the Wounded Warrior Project. The race itself was conducted and results were generated by the Peninsula Track Club. Conditions at race time were very good for mid June, clear, sunny, but with lower humidity, a slight breeze and temperatures in the lower 70s. For the third year there was a timed Kids 1 Mile Run that started at the 10K start and ended at the first mile mark of the 10K course. 5 kids ran this event..
