The inaugural Race 13.1 Newport News, VA will start and finish at City Center at O
yster Point, “a vibrant community of luxurious apartments, distinctive condominiums, modern office buildings, and exciting and unique retail shops.” The flat out-and-back route will highlight local attractions such as Christopher Newport University and the Mariners’ Museum and Park, as well as featuring great views of Lake Maury and the James River.
