    Above are the award winners for the 2013 Joe & Sue Moore Memorial PTC Scholarship 5K Run held on the trails in Sandy Bottom Nature Park in Hampton. Awards went to the top 3 men and women overall and the top 3 in each age group. The race was held on Saturday morning, February 9, 2013. Proceeds go to support the Peninsula Track Club Joe & Sue Moore Memorial College Scholarship. The race was organized and conducted by the Peninsula Track Club.

    This was also the second race in the Peninsula Track Club 2013 Grand Prix series.

    117 runners entered the 5K (up from 113 in 2012) with 103 runners completing the 5K (up from 102 in 2012). The race was completely on trails within the Sandy Bottom Nature Park and is not USATF certified. Conditions at race time were sunny, cold and breezey with temperatures in the 30s.

    Below are the award winners for the 9th Annual Grafton Cold F-F-Feet 5K, a cross country road race held on the trails around Grafton High School in York County. The race was held on Saturday morning, February 2, 2013.
    The 5K is sponsored by the Grafton High School Boosters. The race was conducted by the Peninsula Track Club. The Grafton Cold F-F-Feet 5K is the 1st race of the 2013 PTC Grand Prix Series. The 2nd race of the
    series will be the Joe & Sue Moore Memorial Scholarship 5K at Sandy Bottom Nature Park on Saturday, February 9, 2013.

    Conditions at race time were sunny and cold with little wind, temperatures around 30. The course was modified from previous years due to contruction blocking part of the trails behind Grafton High School, but the start and finished were modified to compensate. The modified
    course was accuratly measured, but is not USATF certified.

    177 runners entered the 5K (down from 193 in 2012) with 162 runners completing the course (down from 186 in 2012).

    Below are the award winners for the 1st Annual Knights of Columbus 10 Mile Run for the Heart held on the tour roads of the Yorktown Battlfield on Saturday morning, March 30, 2013 The race was sponsored by the
    Knights of Columbus with proceeds benefiting the American Heart Association.

    Finish line and results services were provided by the Peninsula TrackClub.

    The course started and finished near Surrender Field on the battlefield. Conditions at race time were sunny with temeratures moving from the 40s
    into the 50s cduring the course of the race.

    A total of 153 runners entered the 10 Miler with 100 runners completing
    the course.
