The days\u2019 events are designed to promote and encourage active families and healthy lifestyles\u2026 oh, and celebrate football. The Super Run 4 miler presented by Elevation and benefiting RunningWorks, will feature a 4 mile run and also a 100 yard kids dash. The course will start and finish outside the stadium on the corner of Mint St. and Stonewall St.<\/p>\n

RunningWorks is a non-profit running program founded to encourage the homeless community to rediscover the power of teamwork, discipline, confidence and respect for each other one stride at a time.<\/p>\n

Participants will be encouraged to dress up and support their favorite football team and there will be a costume contest. When you register, you will also be able to choose the team you are supporting and receive a custom bib with your teams colors.<\/p>\n

The entire event will be football themed. There are 4 downs in football and 4 miles on the course. Down markers will replace mile markers, course officials will be dressed as referees, the finish line will be the end zone, fans will get our version of the \u201cTerrible Towel\u201d, kid\u2019s will get mini footballs, etc.<\/p>\n

And the most important part\u2026the tailgating afterwards to help kick start your pre-game and celebrate the biggest day in sports.
