{"id":4478,"date":"2017-04-26T11:52:04","date_gmt":"2017-04-26T15:52:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/peninsulatrackclub.com\/?post_type=ical_race&#038;p=4478"},"modified":"2017-04-26T11:52:04","modified_gmt":"2017-04-26T15:52:04","slug":"annual-picnic-1100-am","status":"publish","type":"ical_race","link":"https:\/\/peninsulatrackclub.com\/?ical_race=annual-picnic-1100-am","title":{"rendered":"Annual Picnic, 11:00 am"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>ALL MEMBERS, FAMILIES AND GUESTS ARE WELCOME<\/p>\n<p>The Annual PTC Picnic will be held from 11:00 AM \u2013 5:00 PM on June 24\u00a02017 at Pavillion 5, Bethel Park, 123 Saunders Rd., Hampton (northeast corner near the water and next to the paintball field).<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_p1\"><strong>Watch your inbox for the SignUpGenius notice\u00a0so you can RSVP and sign-up to bring a dish to share for the potluck picnic.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_p1\"><strong>PTC will be providing hamburgers, veggie burgers,\u00a0hotdogs, bratwurst, buns and condiments. We will also provide soda, water, beer and wine as well as plates, napkins and utensils.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_p1\"><strong>We\u2019ll need a small crew of volunteers beginning around 9:30 AM to help us set up and get the charcoal grills going. Please let us know if you can help set up.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_p1\"><strong>We plan to begin cooking at 11:00 AM and will close the grill around 2:00 PM. If you can help coo<\/strong><strong>k burgers, hotdogs and bratwurst at the grill, please let us know.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_p1\"><strong>In addition to horseshoes, volleyball and corn hole, we need a volunteer to lead some children\u2019s activities.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_p1\"><strong>Finally, in order for PTC to get our security deposit back, we must leave the park the way we found it.
