Below are the award winners for the 2nd Annual Run for Achievement 5K
\nheld at Warwick Field in the\u00a0 Mariners’ Museum Park in Newport News, VA
\non Saturday morning, September 8, 2018.\u00a0 The race was sponsored by the
\nKappa Alpha Psi Achievement Foundation, Inc.\u00a0 The race itself was
\nconducted and results were generated by the Peninsula Track Club.
\nConditions at race start were sunny and humid with a temperature at race
\nstart of 79.<\/p>\n

A 114 runners entered the 5K with 60 completing the race course.\u00a0 The
\nrace started and ended at Mariners’ Museum Park across from Warwick High
\nSchool.\u00a0 The course followed roads through the park with a double out and
\nback returning to finish at Warwick Field.\u00a0 The course is a USATF
\ncertified 5K course #VA17036RT.\u00a0 The course was followed correctly by the
\nlisted finishers.<\/p>\n
