Topic:  Run a faster 5K or 10K"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>PTC Membership Meeting, February 19, 7:15 p.m. at Nelson\u2019s Grant Clubhouse (100 Laydon Way, Yorktown)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Want to run a faster 5K or 10K?<\/strong> PTC will host a panel of three of our area elite runners\/coaches on Tuesday, February 19 at 7:15 p.m. at the Nelson\u2019s Grant Clubhouse, 100 Laydon Drive, Yorktown (near the intersection of Route 17 and Fort Eustis Blvd.).<\/p>\n<p>Emily Honeycutt, Adam Otstot, and Rick Platt will each give a short presentation highlighting some of their racing experiences and providing some of their best tips for optimizing your race results. You\u2019ll have a chance to ask plenty of questions. Don\u2019t miss this opportunity.<\/p>\n<p>The evening will also feature light refreshments. New members can also pick up their PTC T-shirt.
