The last day to register for the 15th Annual Run The D.O.G. ST. 5K and get a Race T-shirt is Apr. 8th. After Apr 8th it is first come first serve on tees.There are cash awards for the top three men and women overall, 1st place male and female masters and 1st Place Male and Female Competitive Walker.

Wednesday, March 20
4:00 p.m. – Onion Run (about 4.2 miles) – Meet downstairs in front of the restrooms, even though upper-level parking is open.
**6:00 p.m. – Intervals at Tabb High School.
**Sunday, March 24 – 8:00 a.m. – Newport News Park Bikeway. Pick your distance. Runners and walkers welcome
