A beautiful sunny Monday brought runner to Yorktown Beach hills at 4 pm and 6 pm. Running or walking hills is a great way to increase your endurance and speed along with make hills during a race seem less daunting. We also have great conversations and a laugh or two. Join us Mondays at 4 pm or 6 pm at the ground level of the garage.
