    The next PTC General Membership Meeting will be held at a new location thanks to the generous support of the United Way of the Virginia Peninsula:

    Movement is Medicine
    Marc is board certified and has a Doctor of Physical Therapy from Old Dominion University. He is a co-founder (with his wife Amanda) of Movement is Medicine on Colley Ave. in Norfolk where he sees a range of clients from the typical PT appointments to sports performance related appointments and running injuries. As stated on his website:
    “Our goal is to help our clients live a high performance, pain-free life. If you like to run, we’ll help you stay healthy while you train. If you love your group exercise classes, we’ll get you back in the studio and keep you there so you can enjoy quality time with your friends.”
