Hampton Roads International Montessori School, a 501 (c) (3) non-profit school on Jefferson Avenue in Newport News is holding their third 5K, now named the “Hear Me Roar! 5K” and now located at the grounds of the Mariner’s Museum. We are also having a “Little Cub Fun Run,” which is an obstacle course suitable for little children, 16 months through 12 years. It is a family friendly event to support our school and bring the spotlight to the Montessori Method of education! Colonial Timing is timing our race.
