FOOD FOR THOUGHT

Over the holidays food banks are brimming with donations but are hurting now. In the month of October when we meet for hills, intervals, or the general meeting, consider contributing canned vegetable or vegetable-beef soups, canned vegetables, individually packaged granola bars, instant oatmeal, jelly, crackers, and ready-made meals (Hamburger Helper type), and/or toilet paper.
