PTC members should check your inbox for an email from SignUpGenius to RSVP! Please keep in mind that each potluck dish should typically be 10-12 servings. The total number of dishes requested are identified. Select “1” for each potluck dish (not for each serving).
It’s important for us to estimate attendance so we can plan accordingly for the food/drinks that PTC will provide. THANK YOU!
Following the Joe-Zilla 5-Miler, the Annual PTC Picnic will be held from 11:30 am-3:00 pm on Saturday, July 9, 2022 at Bethel Park, 123 Saunders Rd., Hampton.
PTC will be providing hamburgers, veggie burgers, hotdogs, buns and condiments. We will also provide soda, water, beer and wine as well as plates, napkins and utensils.
