24 August 2013 2013 Matteson Trail, Hampton, VA Transitions 5K All Runners List Transitions 5K Age Group Winners (Top three in each age group)
The results from the 3rd Annual Transitions 5K. The event was organized by Transitions Family Violence Services, dedicated to ending Domestic Violence. The race itself was conducted and results were generated by the Peninsula Track Club. The 5K took place under some of the best running conditions we have had in August — Conditions were clear, sunny with temperatures around 70 (and low humidity).The 5K run followed the Matteson Trail and was run correctly by the runners. This course is not USATF certified. 123 runners entered the 5K (up from 88 in 2012) with 114 completing the course (up from 48 in 2012).
